I hate that I am making this review, but after endless times trying to negotiate, being ignored, and getting the runaround, I'm going to go ahead and make this honest review. I ordered this wig on March 7th and didn't get it until the 31st. My birthday is on April 3rd. I almost didn't receive it on time thats 1. 2 Upon receiving it, I noticed how much it sheds and how, specifically in the middle, it's shorter than the rest. 3 Also, the back comb fell off of the wig on its own. If anyone knows, without that back comb, your hair is not going to fit securely on your head at all. It's not being supported. It's not like it's one of the combs at the top. I am unable to even wear this wig at all. If the wind blows hard at all you will be able to see up my neck. I HAVE reached out to this company in 3 different ways: through the chat, WhatsApp, and email, to get reimbursed for this damaged, messed-up wig that THEY SENT TO ME THAT TOOK FOREVER, and they are going to tell me that it can move and get sewed. I should not have to sew my wig; it should be PERFECT, taking that long to get to me, and then the rudeness I received from the agents that I do talk to after an 8 hour wait each day of sending my concerns. Because of this experience and how they are giving me the runaround, I will never purchase from Ossileehair.com again. This isnt no $85 Amazon wig. This is a 3 to 4 HUNDRED DOLLARS THAT I SPENT OF MY OWN MONEY TO GET TREATED LIKE TRASH AND THEN TOLD BASICALLY TO FIX IT. If I were you all, I would go to West Kiss or Alipearl because this is absolutely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed, and I no longer recommend this company.
